The Noesis Clinic provides adult and geriatric psychiatric evaluation, personalized medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, functional psychiatry, and telemedicine consultations through our providers, Umar Latif, MD, DFAPA and Megan Avery, PMHNP. This website is intended to provide general information about our practice and services and to allow patients to schedule appointments, submit documents, and communicate with our team. It is not intended to replace an in person clinical evaluation.
This website and its telemedicine features are not designed for medical emergencies. Established patients may join virtual visits with our providers through Doxy.me, a third party telemedicine platform. By using this service, you acknowledge that telemedicine has certain limitations compared to in person care and that your provider will determine whether a virtual visit is appropriate for your condition. Doxy.me operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy, and The Noesis Clinic is not responsible for the technical performance of that platform.
Our website allows patients to securely upload medical records, lab results, identification, insurance cards, and disability or FMLA paperwork. All uploads are encrypted and handled in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. Accepted file types are PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, and TXT.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its normal operation, or submit false information through our forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide and for all activity that occurs through your use of the site.

Opt In Method: Patients opt in for SMS messaging from The Noesis Clinic through intake forms on our Contact Us page. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opt Out: Patients can opt out of SMS messaging from The Noesis Clinic by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication. They can opt back in at any time by replying START.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary depending on the type of communication. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
